This fascinating tour explores Victorian cemetery art, symbolism, and iconography at beautiful Fairview Cemetery, located at 1000 S. 26th St., just South of Rt. 24 (Cimmaron Street) or Evergreen Cemetery located at 1005 S. Hancock Ave.
The City founders, business owners, saloon keepers, "working girls," and many ordinary folks are buried at both cemeteries. And their tombstones give silent witness to their lives.
These "stories in stone" chronicle the lives of loved ones—their passions, dreams, and accomplishments.
$15.00 per person—18 years and older. Call for tour availabllity — Saturdays at 1:00 p.m. from Evergreen Cemetery or Saturdays at 1:00 p.m. from Fairwiew Cemetery.
